Kerala OlaVada/Ribbon Pakoda is a delicious variation of Murukku Snack. And in fact, one of the very famous South Indian snack. The Kerala Olavada snack is very tasty. There are different ways of preparing Murukku by altering the proportions of Rice flour, Besan and Oil or Butter.

The addition of various spicy ingredients and herbs also change the taste and flavour of Murukku Snacks. Even Kerala Olavada  is made in varied ways with different proportions of Besan and Rice flour.

Our Kerala Olavada also adds roasted gram flour/ Besan. Addition of roasted gram flour makes the snack more crispy and crunchy. Its tempting spicy taste always  keeps you coming back for more and more. This golden brown coloured snack made with the help of a mould.

Using fried Rice and fried Besan, it gets a special taste and it will last longer . Its masala ingredients and use of curry leaves make it as a spicy food without any artificial taste makers. Like AriMurukk, it also has a soothing aroma due to the use of Garlic, Asafoetida, Curry Leaves and of cause from the pure Coconut Oil, which is used to deep fry. To keep its crunchiness and crispiness, the product packet the same day of production.
